I’m a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Female Strength Coach with over a decade of experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and into menopause. I combine specialist pelvic health expertise with science-informed, strength-based rehabilitation to help you move well, build strength, and live an active life—without pelvic health limits.
I’m passionate about empowering women with knowledge of their bodies so they can make informed health decisions and feel strong and confident. My approach blends thorough assessment, targeted pelvic health treatment, and functional strength training to create lasting, meaningful results. From pregnancy to perimenopause, I’m here to help you lift, train, and thrive at every life stage – it is never too early or too late to seek support.

I take the time to complete a comprehensive pelvic health consultation is designed to identify your concerns, address the root cause of your symptoms and provide effective treatment and rehab to work you back towards your goals safely and confidently. I invest time to understand you, your story and your goals to gain clarity on what the perfect treatment plan for you is. We will discuss your medical history, lifestyle, specific concerns and future goals.
