Cancellation Policy

Sarah Slade Physio Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and may require you to change your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

To cancel your appointment, please email sarahsladephysio@gmail.com or use the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance

If you cancel a face-to-face appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Face-to-Face Appointments
  • For all initial appointments, full payment is required at the time of booking or upon receipt of a payment request email.
  • If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, the full amount paid will be refunded. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to see you, or your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other patients. No partial refund will be provided in these cases. 
Rescheduling Your Appointment

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time by emailing sarahsladephysio@gmail.com or using the reschedule link in your booking email.

If the required notice is provided, no additional fees will apply. Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time.

Our Right to Cancel

In rare circumstances, we may need to amend or cancel your appointment due to reasons beyond our control. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:

  • a rescheduled appointment, or
  • full refun
