Pelvic Health

If you experience any of the following, your pelvic floor needs support

  • Incontinence – Leak when you sneeze, laugh, or run
  • Prolapse – Pressure or heaviness “down there”
  • Overactive bladder – Rushing to the toilet (or not making it)
  • Painful Intercourse – Pain during sex or when using tampons
  • Ongoing back, pelvic or hip pain.

These issues are common, but not normal—and you don’t have to live with them.

And most importantly: they are treatable with the right support.

Your Pelvic Health initial consultation will be customised to address your specific concerns, but here are some of the aspects that can be reviewed

  • Incontinence
