The Motherhood Performance Pathway

Prepare for motherhood. Rebuild like an athlete.

The Motherhood Performance Pathway is a pelvic health physio led plan, designed to support women to stay active in pregnancy and prepare for birth, to recover and rehab post birth with intention and rebuild strength and physical capacity.

Delivered online or in person, the pathway brings together clinical pelvic health physiotherapy, individualised rehabilitation and progressive strength and conditioning in one seamless plan.

It takes the guesswork out of prenatal training and postnatal rehabilitation, guiding you back to exercise with confidence through a plan shaped around your body, your birth and your goals.

Expert pelvic health physiotherapy assessment, personalised rehabilitation and progressive training designed to build the strength and capacity you need for motherhood and beyond.

Join at any stage. Whether you are pregnant, newly postnatal or ready to return to training, we will meet you where you are and create the right starting point for you.

The 4 pathway stages

Prepare — During Pregnancy
Stay active, manage symptoms and prepare physically for birth, recovery and early motherhood.

Recover — Two-Week Postnatal Check-In
Your support begins before the traditional six-week check. We review your birth, healing, symptoms and immediate recovery priorities, giving you clear guidance for the weeks ahead.

Rebuild — From Six Weeks Post-Birth
Complete a comprehensive Mummy MOT and begin an individualised pelvic health rehabilitation and strength programme shaped around your birth, recovery and goals.

Perform — From 12 Weeks+
Progress beyond rehabilitation and build the strength, capacity and confidence needed to return to running, lifting, functional fitness or sport. Progression is based on your readiness—not the date alon

The Motherhood Performance Pathway is suitable if:

  • You are pregnant and want expert guidance with training and birth preparation.
  • You want structured support from the early postnatal period—not just a six-week check.
  • You are managing pelvic floor, abdominal wall, C-section or perineal symptoms.
  • You want to return to running, lifting, the gym or sport.
  • You want one progressive plan combining pelvic health physiotherapy and strength coaching
